Research interest: For master’s study, my research was focused on investigating the identities of populations of Sidalcea (Malvaceae) in the north coast ranges in California; I am currently working on another project, investigating the identities of populations of Castilleja (Orobanchaceae) in the vicinity of Mt. Lassen for part of my Ph.D study. I will also work on phylogeny and historical biogeography of Rubus (Rosaceae) on a global scale as my main Ph.D. study chapter.
